SAT Test Books
We strongly advise all prospective college applicants to purchase, at
a minimum, 10 Real SATs from the College Board. (It is the first
book listed below.) We know from our own experiences that there is a difference between the official questions
you will be asked on the exam and the practice questions contained in all other
books.
If you feel particularly weak in a particular area of the
SAT, then we strongly encourage you to consider one of the following books from
a test prep company for additional help as well as practice questions and
answers.

recommend the Charles Gulotta.
100 SAT Math Tips and How to Master Them Now!

Great advice on how to
approach the SAT math questions. This classic book, revised in 2005 to cover the new SAT, covers all the tricks that the
test uses to try to fool you. It will not teach you the math,
however. It is very readable, well explained, and the cartoons are both
humorous and helpful. This book will reduce any "math
anxiety" you may have.

the most concern for most test takers and this book will teach you the words the
SAT is most likely to throw at you. Furthermore, it will teach you the
similarly-sounded words that the SAT will also throw at you to trip you
up. Humorous and helpful cartoons are also employed in this book.
